Jeff Robinson - Chief Executive Officer
Investor and observer of the stock markets with over 30 years of experience. Jeff attended the Toronto French School and York University studying Economics. Jeff has lectured and mentored at Venture Lab (Stanford University), IESE Business School, ESADE Business & Law School and Barcelona College of Chiropractic’s (UPF). He has been involved in successful companies in the Biotechnology, High-Technology and Artificial Intelligence sectors.
Willem Jonker - Chief Financial Officer
Willem Jonker is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) by training. He was a senior partner at Allan Gray (www.allangray.co.za), the largest independent asset management firm in South Africa, before starting many companies in Africa – including Medigrow Africa (medigrowafrica.com). Willem is responsible for the cannabis production facility and the structuring of the African operations of the group.
Michael Sachar - CEO of Food and Beverage
Michael, a passionate foodie, has amassed over 17 years of global food and beverage industry expertise. With experience spanning the USA, China, South Africa and the Middle East, he's adept in international trade and finance. He thrives on creating and launching innovative, healthy products from concept to market. Proudly hailing from Cape Town, he cherishes his roles as a husband, father, and devoted dog dad.
Dr. Anna Morera Leralta - Chief Medical Officer
Doctor in Medicine and Surgery, specializing in integrative medicine and treating patients with medical cannabis. She works at her clinical practice as well as gives educational talks and online consultations. Dr. Anna has been inspired by her research in the field of molecular science to create a CBD-infused beauty line whose effect is based exclusively on natural ingredients. Dr. Anna backs CBD research and confidently recommends the use of CBD cosmetics and health products.
Nicola Royce - COO M2Bio Sciences & Managing Director M2Biome
Nicola, a Registered Dietitian with a Postgraduate Diploma in Diabetes and a Masters in Nutrition, channels her upbringing on a Zimbabwean farm into promoting simplicity, freshness, and nutrition. Passionate about plant-based foods, she simplifies nutrition, aiming to make healthy eating delicious and accessible. Specializing in diabetes prevention and management, Nicola educates and empowers others on their wellness journey.
Claudia Maschke - Sensory Therapy Assistant
Claudia has completed her Honours in Psychology at the University of Cape Town after having completed a short-course in Mental Health, Mindfulness and Self-Care. Claudia was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa to German-South African parents and speaks both fluent German and English. Claudia has experience in both the fashion, retail and social media field, having been the head of Social Media for M2bio Sciences before stepping into her role as Sensory Therapy Assistant to Jade.
Natasha Augustyn - IT Specialist
Natasha is a 3rd year BSC Computer Science scholarship student at IUBH Germany. She holds a National Certificate in Data Science from Explore AI Academy and is a boffin in WordPress and Shopify. She is passionate about all things tech and has a special interest in Web Development. Natasha is a proud mom, dog mom, nature lover and yogi.
Ofentse Tshabalala - Graphic Designer
Ofentse is a multidisciplinary Visual Designer with a background stemming from Illustration. Having completed a Bachelors in the field of Fine Art, she is passionate about creating designs that inspire and engage, melding together multiple forms of art to not only create beautiful visuals but effectively bring stories to life.
Silken Koekemoer - Copy and Video Editor Intern
Silken holds a postgraduate honours degree in publishing and is a qualified copy-editor. She is passionate about optimizing content for consumption across various mediums, believing that information should be accessible to all who are inclined to learn.
